Yes. You are allowed to upgrade your site to any version we release within the first 12 months after you purchase your license.

No. Once a license is purchased, you can use it for that domain forever. You do not need to renew your license unless you would like to upgrade Igloo Theme to a version newer than was available within your maintenance window.

Yes! You can either choose an annual maintenance plan for €99pa or pay a one-off fee of €199 when you need to upgrade your site.

Yes, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to change the domain name associated with your licence. After this 30-day window, the domain name becomes permanently fixed to your license and cannot be changed. This allows you flexibility during your initial project planning whilst maintaining license integrity.

We do occasionally make exceptions to this policy, so if you have exceptional circumstances, please contact us to discuss your situation.
